Ms. Shindel was licensed in N.Y. as a Registered Nurse in 1986. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from St. Joseph's College in 1990 and a law degree from City University of New York at Queens College in 1995. Ms. Shindel has broad experience litigating a multitude of specialties, including but not limited to contract law, medical malpractice, personal injury, and health care issues. She is particularly knowledgeable in the areas of health regulatory and licensing agencies and in the accreditation of healthcare organizations.
Ms. Shindel is admitted to all New York State Courts and the federal United States District Courts for the Eastern Districts of New York.
